We can offer a complete service to provide assistance, assurance or scrutiny of submissions or manage the full process on your behalf if required. Alternatively, we can undertake a variety of tasks to meet your needs including, but not limited to:

  • Requirement / Statement of work analysis or interpretation. Project requirements can be independently assessed to ensure that your strategic approach to the bid is the most appropriate course of action.
  • Strategic planning. We can assist with the production of your bid by ensuring the tender approach aligns to your resources and business strategy, whilst also reviewing the tender to assess how the response corresponds against the requirements / statement of work and marking scheme.
  • Tender construction, layout and formatting. The physical appearance of the tender will be the first thing your client sees even before reading it and is therefore of the utmost importance. If it is presented in a professional, well thought out and appropriate layout, it can add a professional feel to allow the reviewers of the tender to view in a positive light, prior to reviewing.
  • It is extremely difficult to thoroughly or accurately proofread your own work. This is also normally the case with other members close to the production of the bid, as quite often, the key words are read and not the entire text. We can provide an independent “Red Team” review, comment and update of your tender submission to ensure that all documentation to be provided in the response are consistent and read correctly.
