The role we undertake can be tailored to many applications ranging from short term tasks to enduring programmes containing multiple distinct projects. Due to the wealth of experience & knowledge which the Project Management team have, we are able to efficiently adapt to the customers’ (often changing) needs.
WEMEC are able to offer these Project Management professionals on a temporary, remote working or full-time secondment basis in order to provide optimal Value for Money and efficiently deliver objectives at the agreed level.
The role of the Project Manager is generic and can therefore be adapted to the bespoke requirement, regardless of the domain or subject the Project Management is needed for. In addition to technical Project Management services, which can vary from management of engineering consultancy to standardised component testing, WEMEC are also able to undertake Business Process Improvement Programmes to align to the customers’ future business strategy & organisational blueprint.
Furthermore, the team also regularly provides development of competitive tenders for both WEMEC and external customers, enabling a high level of quality & professionalism to be presented throughout the bidding process.
